The following changes have been implemented:

p. 10: Intention for Use

Now it is stated that the assay is designed for the use with serum, plasma or liquor.

p. 10: Chapter 1 – General aspects, the sentence has been added:

“In addition, recomWell Borrelia can be used for the quantitative determination of intrathecally produced human IgG and IgM antibodies against Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato (serum CSF pairs).

p. 12: Chapter 5 – Package Contents

New: Additional information for serum CSF diagnosis:

On demand, the instructions for use for the liquor diagnosis Borrelia burgdorferi will be provided by MIKROGEN.

p. 13: Chapter 7.4 – Storage and stability

New: stability of the ready-to-use wash buffer at 2°C-8°C four weeks

p. 17: Chapter 12 – Clinical Results

The number of clinically defined sera tested has been extended.
