Directions
Suspend 24.1g of Campylobacter Blood Free Medium Base Karmali in 500 ml of distilled water; heat to boiling with agitation and autoclave at 115°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C and add the contents of one vial of Karmali Supplement. Distribute into sterile petri dishes with frequent stirring.
